My process

Over the past years I have worked on and improved my process in order to facilitate succes. I work thoroughly and disciplined, making sure to create the most value in every single step of the process.

Analyze

Thorough analysis of the market, the competitors and the business area as a whole. The more I know, the better and more qualified decisions I make.

Plan

In close collaboration with the client I create a detailed and ambitious plan. Together we prioritize and set goals and make sure it's realistic to reach them together.

Execute

This is where the magic happens and where I get my hands dirty. Short feedback loops and open communication is key to executing the strategy in a proper manner.

Evaluate

Evaluation and improvement is as important as the previous step. In this phase, I measure the effect and performance of the solution and create proposals for future improvements.
